There are 6 Questions that need to be answered properly in order to get an accurate SS quote. Below you will find details in these questions that should help you get the customer to an accurate estimate.
Gauge
Options are 24 Gauge or 26 Gauge
26 Gauge is the most popular and will be fine for most home owners
26 gauge = Cheaper, Faster lead times
24 gauge = better for flat pan, more expensive trim
Method of Attachement (ie. panel type)
Options are Nail Strip and Snap Lock
Nail Strip - Doesn't require clips, panels are secured by using a concealed pancake screw, Most commonly used on panel lengths less tthan 25'
Snap Lock - Uses clips and pancake screws to attach, may help to reduce the chances of oil canning by increasing thermal movement, only extra cost is the clips
Width
Options are 16" or 12"
Custom Widths are available at an upcharge
Most popular is 16"
Rib Height
Options are 1" or 1 1/2"
Selection is based on preferance and slope of roof, lower pitch = higher rib
Color
Some colors are subject to longer lead times and higher pricing
In house colors include - Slate Gray,
Pan Condition
Choices are Striations, Double Ribbed, Flat Pan
Combinations of the two can also be ran
Flat pan will require a waver to be signed as the cances for oil canning increase

Sealer Tape is = to the lineal footage of Z / 45 + 1
